Under the expert guidance of our talented Head Chef, Stephen Chan, you'll
learn the art of preparing poultry dishes that are both delicious and versatile.
He'll guides you through a three hour Poultry class followed by dinner.


You'll master techniques that will make your poultry creations soar to new heights.

Participants enjoy all the dishes prepared on the night around a beautifully set table, with matching Terindah Estate wines.
