Join us for the final weeks of our Winter Cookery School Series at Terindah Estate. The culinary sessions are led by our talented chefs and cover an alternate theme each week, providing you with skills and knowledge to last a lifetime.
There are a limited number of places still available for the final three cooking classes.
Friday, 21 July - Bread Making This week, learn the methods and techniques behind making the perfect traditional sourdough and modern day crusty bread.
Friday, 21 July - American Style BBQ Learn the art of cooking meats the American way as our chefs share their tips on how to make traditional pastrami, BBQ chicken and slow roasted pork.
Friday, 4 August - Simple Seafood Understand our local maritime waters as you learn the fundamentals of preparing and cooking various fish and seafood. A great class for seafood lovers and entertainers alike.
At the conclusion of each class, you will enjoy the dishes you have prepared at a beautifully presented dinner party with matching Terindah Estate wines and shall receive all of the recipes to take home.
Classes run from 5.30pm until 9.30pm and numbers are limited. The class is priced at $120 per person and includes the class, dinner, wine and recipes.
