Our Winter Series cooking classes are back at Terindah Estate!
Join our Head Chef, Stephen Chan, as he guides you through a three hour seafood cooking class followed by dinner.
Participants enjoy all the dishes prepared on the night around a beautifully set table, with matching Terindah Estate wines.

Portarlington mussels, Terindah Chardonnay stock.
Pan seared market fish, beurre blanc, roasted chats.
Citrus tarts, meringue.
